Virtual experiment for TROLL evaluation relies on several methods and tools developed in this part.

Revision todo list

This is a list of point to review in case of revision or new runs of calibration/evaluation.

• Improve Tapajos precipitation data with data from Marcos Longo.
• Check the potential effect of leaf lifespan allometry on basal litterfall flux.
• Use 10 600-years spin-up replicates followed by 10 10-years replicates for structure and fluxes evaluation independently from model calibration.
• Update the snakemake workflow accordingly.
• Have a look to publicly available LAI data from Florest Seca near Tapajos.
